Requirements

Age Requirement

Must be at least 16 years old (exceptions may be made for exceptional candidates)

Playtime

Active player with at least 2 weeks of regular playtime on the server

Discord

Must have Discord and be active in our community server

Clean Record

No recent warnings or bans on the server

Time Commitment

Able to dedicate at least 10 hours per week to staff duties

Maturity & Professionalism

Demonstrated maturity, responsibility, and professional behavior

Staff Positions

Helper

Entry-level position focused on assisting players with questions and basic support.

  • • Welcome new players
  • • Report rule violations
  • • Create a positive atmosphere

Moderator

Enforce rules, handle reports, and manage chat moderation.

  • • All Helper responsibilities
  • • Warn/mute rule breakers
  • • Handle player reports
  • • Monitor chat & behavior

Admin

Senior staff managing server operations and leading the team.

  • • All Moderator responsibilities
  • • Ban/unban players
  • • Manage staff team
  • • Handle server configuration

Event Host

Organize and run server events and competitions.

  • • Plan and host events
  • • Coordinate with team
  • • Engage the community
  • • Manage prizes

What Happens Next?

  2. 2. Interview: If selected, we'll contact you on Discord for an interview
  3. 3. Training: Accepted applicants will go through a training period
  4. 4. Trial Period: New staff members start with a 2-week trial period
